Web Design and Development
- Creative design of websites and web applications.
- Ensuring every project is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
- Developing HTML and data driven websites and web applications.
- Testing and preparation prior to launch of, or updates to, websites and web applications.
- Implementation of new methods and procedures to improve the production process.
Administration
- To comply with the company administration procedures and provide opportunities to the Senior Project Manager and Managing Director for improvement of production processes.
- Pro-active approach to the day-to-day support of client websites and web applications.
- Providing project updates to the Senior Project Manager and Project Assistant.
General

Web Projects Assistant
Location: Worcester, Worcestershire
Salary: £18000 - £22000
We require a self motivated individual to assist with our web based projects. The role would suit a recent graduate looking to gain experience in the industry. The successfull applicant will be client facing, an experienced web user and competent with common software applications and web based tools.
Typical aspects of the role are as follows:
Project Management
- To assist with account management of live projects from brief to fulfilment in a cost-effective manner.
- Assistance in the development of project proposals and specifications.
- Liaise between clients and internal production team to ensure projects are developed to the highest standard and on schedule/budget.
- Provide strategic research support to the development of consultancy proposals.
- To deliver and monitor customer service and satisfaction on all projects.
Administration
- To comply with the company administration procedures and assist in the generation of monthly reports on client activity to the Managing Director.
- To improve internal and external documentation and processes.
Business Development
- Assisting in the preparation of tenders and presentations as required.
- Assisting the conducting of project review meetings – provide proactive ideas on how the company can service clients, address issues, promote full service offering and actively ask for referrals.
General

Freelance Developer
Location: Worcester, Worcestershire
Salary: Competitive
Blue Box require a dedicated freelance asp.net developer to assist with existing and new web based development projects on a contract basis. We would be looking to create an ongoing relationship that would suit either remote working or being based in our Worcester office.
Candidates must have a proven track record in delivering and supporting web based solutions utilising the following technologies/practices:
- ASP.Net 2.0/3.5
- MS SQL Server
- AJAX
- JavaScript
- XML
- Strong HTML/CSS
- Visual Studio
Candidate must also have a strong understanding of system design and architecture.
